Hey!

Could you please verify that both RuntimeSettings and CoherenceSyncConfig are present in Player Settings > Other > Optimization > Preloaded Assets?

If they are missing, drag them in there from the Assets/coherence folder.
If they are there, it means your Library folder has become corrupted somehow. Close Unity, delete the Library and start Unity again. Will take some time to reimport, unfortunately.
