Hi team,
I’m on the free plan and currently seeing the error: “You hit the CCU limit” when trying to connect to a room.
According to the usage panel, I’ve only used 983 credits (9%) out of 10,000, and I still have plenty left.
I know the free plan allows up to 50 CCU, but I don’t believe we’re hitting that live cap. Also some rooms works and others don’t.

Is there a way to check live CCU usage in real-time?

Do inactive/abandoned rooms still count toward CCU?

How can I clean up or release CCU if clients crash or disconnect unexpectedly?
Any insights or suggestions would be much appreciated.
